So if you are looking for a really affordable facial scrub that also does its job, you should give this one by St. Ives a try! This is their apricot renew and firm scrub.
I had never tried any of the St. Ives products in the past but I was in the need of a new face scrub and spotted this one so thought I would give it a try…
I purchased mine from Asda (UK supermarket) but you can get them in Boots and Superdrug. They are around £4.00 in most shops and they are usually on special offer! Which is always a bonus!
I use this scrub every 2-3 days in the shower to get rid of any dead skin cells or built up of makeup/dirt on my face. It leaves my skin feeling really soft and supple but whether it renews and firms as the bottle claims?? I'm not so sure!
The consistency of this scrub is really nice; abrasion beads within a cream. It also smells amazing!! Like apricots funny enough! The beads aren't too harsh on the skin and with the creamy consistency it feels moisturising and smooth.
This is a great scrub which has lasted ages as you only need a tiny dollop! A little goes a long way!
I will definitely be repurchasing this again in the future… and although I wouldn't suggest using this on a daily basis, I highly recommend this product!
