America Sephora Haul June 2014... Life in miniature!

I am currently in the US visiting my Dad in Washington D.C. and of course I couldn't come across the pond without a religious visit to Sephora for a cheeky shop!

Sephora have a great choice of miniature samples of popular products, which are very strategically placed next to the till! Yet again I was sucked in and bought a few new products to try out...
The first item that really caught my eye was this 'Lash Stash To Go' mascara kit which includes sample sizes of five mascaras which are popular in Sephora at the moment.

The mascaras included Bare Minerals Lash Domination Volumizing Mascara, Blinc Mascara, Lancome Hypnose Drama Instant Full Body Volume Mascara, Too Faced Better Than Mascara and Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes (Top to bottom in the photo above and below).

I thought this would be a great way to try out all of these mascaras at a reduced price! Also it means I'm not spending a fortune on a mascara that I don't know if I will like or not!
This kit was $25 which might seem a bit pricey for some of you out there, but you have to bare in mind that a full sized Tarte mascara for example, can vary between $20-22.

Urban Decay's Naked Skin Beauty Balm in miniature size also appealed, as I was keen to try this out! And again buying a sample size is the perfect way to try and new product... it was only $14.

Lastly I bought the Tarte Brazilliance Skin Rejuvenating Maracuja face and body self tanner. Considering this is a sample size of the product this is still a fairly large sample of 50ml! Tarte have become more and more popular recently on the beauty scene and I have wanted to try some of their products for a while now! I thought this product would be a good place to start as it is a decent sized sample and it was only $13!

I always want to buy everything I see in Sephora so this was quite a controlled shop!
Hopefully this gives you a sneak peak at the samples currently tempting shoppers around the till!
Sephora now ships to the UK which is amazing and might be handy for you readers from the UK.

I will be fully reviewing all these products soon on my blog so stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled!

Click if you missed Monday and Wednesday's posts.
